Hello,

1) How can I change the PIP number for staff titles? (IE: Admin)
2) How can I make special ranks? (IE: Ranks that you can be assigned too, with a custom user title, post count doesn't matter)

Don't know about the first, but for the second, you need to choose whichever user you want, and write it in under Member Title.
