We have recieved so many complaints that users may not log in to our forum while they submitted the correct username and password. I am also facing same problem but it comes when we use explorer. It is not common in opera and other browser. It seems my forum is not userfriendly, due to this we have lost so many users. Kindly solve this problem. I think this is due to cookies but i can not solve it.

I have just logged in to your forum with both IE and Firefox with no problems....

I did it like 5 or 6 times.... logged in and out on the IE and no problem occurred at all........... I can try it later as well.

What is the error message your users are getting when they are not successful?

Is it possible to post a screen shot?

no message came but they may not log in even after submitted the correct password and user name

after click the log in button ,again and again blank form of log in came, but today i have also log in it works fine,

I tested, and it worked normally; I was able to login with the username and password you provided using all major browsers; IE, Firefox and Opera.

Thanx, I think the problem automatically solved side by side the problem of HTML set up and the problem in changing skin,
