Default How do you allow members to have custom titles?
I can't seem to figure it out. Can anyone please help?

Admin CP > System Settings > User Profiles > "Number of posts a member must have over before allowing them to change their member title

I thought that meant that they could change their login name O_O So if I want it to be able to do it right away I put 0?

0 should be fine, but I would put 1 just in case, that the board confuses 0 with blank which would disable the feature.

My advice don't set it to '0' or '1', give it as a bonus after xx posts at least.
