Yes, it runs fine for sometimes then it become very slow at some other times, it's been like this the whole day...

yeah most servers been like that at some point today

there was even about a 10 minute period when it didn't connect at all on eny server I tried, not even this forum and a few seconds later it was real fast......

Again server 2 is very slow, and I got the infamous 'Too many connections' many times during the day.

It just means too many people are using the server at once, and there is nothing we can do about that. Wait it out and use your forum at a less busy time of day.

I can't tell my members to come in certain times of the day to visit my forum, can I? This will just damage me and Forumer should do something for us
