Hi there,

I want to upload some files to my host domain http://hl2mapping.30.forumer.com

so that I can add a meta html tag and sitemap to my google webmaster tools.

Is there a way that I can upload files to my site please?

No there isn't. Any additional files you want to use with your forum need to be hosted elsewhere.
