hello, I just edited Topics, Posts & Polls, and i click on yes on show uploaded images,
guests can not see uploaded images still...I even change the dimensions to 50000 x 50000
where did I do wrong?

my forum is: http://tsinoy16.1.forumer.com/

I need to find out too how can I change the logo, instead of Forumer.com picture
on the very top of the forum

OK

For the guests check the setting for their pernissions:

Go to Admin CP -> System Settings -> User Profiles -> in the Guest Permissions section -> answer the Allow GUESTS to view posted images? question YES and click on Submit changes

Unfortunately the HTML section is not available at the moment so you will have to wait and do it later.(for more info about that you can read here)

Same problem - this is more than a configuration problem. There has been change in the HTML - "buttons" appearing where none were before, then links that don't work (see Missing images (attached to posts)).
