More 3 weeks have elapsed , my Forum and all Forum on Sever 9 cannot access from South Viet Nam with ISP VIETNAM DATA COMMUNICATION COMPANY . Domain VDC-HN02.VNN.VN and IP Address is : 203.162.3.145

Other ISP From Vietnam and other countries can access my Forum and other Forum on Forumer.com normal and easily .

Everytime when I and my friends (with IPS above) click my Forum Address http://lasan2008.9.forumer.com
It's always AUTO REDIRECT to http://www.forumer.com/error.php . But my ACP I can access .

At first, we thought it was Filter by Firewall with my ISP and I contacted them, they answered If they used Firewall for this Forum, it wouldn't AUTO REDIRECT to this Address http://www.forumer.com/error.php . Maybe this trouble was from server 9 on Forumer.com .

All members on my Forum thank you very much , because FORUMER.COM make we've grown closer from that Forum .

Can you help me resolve this problem?

I've Post this problem to IPP Support since August.8.07 , but it isn't resolved and Reply incorrected

Administrators and Moderators ,can you Help me ? Please !

So...it works everywhere else, just not through your ISP?

Hmmm...I am quite clueless as to what would cause that unless it was a problem with your ISP, even if they claim it isn't.

You'll have to wait until the support staff get here. Shouldn't be long.

I am in Vietnam also, my ISP is VDC-VNN also, and my board is on server 9 also. But I do not have that problem. Only one difference between you and me is that I am in the North of Vietnam.
Can you access my board http://tuoitretld.9.forumer.com ???

Many times I explained with you about this Problem : I'm IN SOUTH VN and MANY FRIENDS IN HCM City not in HANOI and NOT ONLY AS FOR ME ! . And my ISP is VDC2(Saigon VNN) VIA Proxy VDC1(HANOI) , and your Forum I cannot access(server9) , meanwhile all Forums on other Severs I can access normal ,Eg: 1,2,3,4,5.....18,19,... ! before Reply you can read clearly ?!

And I tried many times ,it alway go to that page...I don't know what happen ! because this problem is the same last time , all my friends in south Viet Nam (HCM CITY) with ISP above cannot access to my Forum , Other Locations can access normal.

Hi ! Attitude ,Today My Forum still cannot access from ISP above and today when click http://lasan2008.9.forumer.com it alway AUTO REDIRECT to http://www.forumer.com/error.php again !!!

Reality we very needed this Forum (Access From HOCHIMINH CITY POST AND TELECOM COMPANY- ISP) because majority my Friend use this ISP . We thought it was Filter by ISP and many timesI contacted them, they answered If they used Firewall for this Forum, it wouldn't AUTO REDIRECTto this Address http://www.forumer.com/error.php . Maybe this trouble was from server 9 on Forumer.com ?

Once again I am locked out of my forum, and was looking back through the forum and see that the problem I am having is not just affecting others, but is affecting IPB too and has been going on for over 6 months. Why has this not been resolved?
