Default Domain Manager error code #3
Hi there, I am brand new to this, so please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong section.

We have recently set up our forum: http://bubbybreak1.1.forumer.com/index.php?act=idx

We are trying to change the URL to www.bubbybreak.net

My partner has bought the domain through Forumer and followed step 1. We have been waiting 48 hours, but have just noticed that there is no step 2 on the fdomain page.

This is all it says where step 2 should be:

You can also setup subdomain.yourdomain.com. You will need to point your subdomain.yourdomain.com to this IP: 69.64.49.67
"Status: Selected" means that will become the default URL of your forum
And that is all we have.... on another site we are setting up to link to bubbybreak (this one is phpbb) step 2 is already there.

I think we are on server 1 (says down the bottom??).

Hmmm...

You are on server one hence the bubbybreak1.1.forumer.com

I am quite clueless as to what might be causing this problem...

You will have to wait for the support team...

Weird, my fDomains page on server 1, 2, 5 and several others is working just fine!
