01.forumer.com - regarding chit-chat / off topic posting in support threads

We have been seeing a very high number of off topic posts and other posts that do not belong in support tickets. This includes chit chat, random posts, off topic posting, providing false support, etc.

You are posting in a support thread for three reasons and these three reasons only:

• Asking questions / requesting for assistance
• Reporting bugs
• Offering support

If you are not here for for those three reason, go elsewhere on the forums. Use the general chat forums to chit-chat with members, not a support thread.

From now on, all off topic posts will be deleted and users will given a logged infraction. Repeat offenders will be banned.
