hello? dose anyone know how to upload a pip, i want to upload a custem image from my computer to the forum, and use it with the rank system, dose any know how?

Edit: how can i know what server is my forum at? such as 1,2,3,4,15,30 etc...

1. First, upload your pip image to a website (e.g. photobucket.com...) to get the link, then go to ACP -> Images Only, roll down, in Rating Image box, replace this code there:

Code:

<img src='add your image link here' border='0'  alt='*' />

Then go to User Title/Ranks in ACP to set ranks for your members.

2. Your forum number is on server 3 (see the line above your post here). Or when you go to your forum, you can find you forum number in the address like this http://forumname.forumnumber.forumer.com

Use www.filehive.com, it gives you the code. Just go to the Macros section and add that code.

appreciated, that helped me alot, but what im lookin for is to give each group in my forum a custom image, like a moderator gets his own image, admin gets is diffrent and members etc...

what you told me above is a custom image that well be used to for all of the goups i have on my forum....

so can you tell me how to make a custom image for each group. thanx in advance.

i really appreciat this guys.

the second link that you gave me solves all of my probelm, but right now i only got one problem.

right now i wana upload big Emotions, for the group icons, and when i try to upload it, it says, The maximum size of emoticon is 5120 bytes, how can i make the maximum size bigger, or disable it so i can upload as big as i want, dose any one know? thanx in advance!

Yep... Duy is right, you can't make them bigger

The only way you can use larger images it if you host them somewhere else, and link them in the forum...

Or try to resize them?

Go to http://www.filehive.com/ or http://www.photobucket.com/ to upload your emoticon to get its link.
When you make a new post, add that link on your post in the middle of [img] and [/img]
