Default Is forumer always so slow?

My internet connection is fairly decent DSL and I usually don't have many problems, but for some reason my newly created forum, any part of it, takes a long time to load. Everything else still loads just as fast as usual, but my forum goes slow. Is it just afternoon on a Sunday and everyone and their brother is on some forum or another? Or is forumer always a little slow?

My forum is darkfallrper.10.forumer.com if that helps you answer the question.

Thanks,

ephi

Windstream in Arkansas. It has sped up some since I originally posted, but it still loads slower than any other pages I try to pull up.

It may just be the server your forum is hosted on

It loads fast for me but I'm using Cable which is a lot faster then DSL. I think it could be your DSL or the database your forum is on, but it should speed up soon.

Hi,

I can assure you that 99% of our servers load fine, 99% of the time. However, there could be a lot of traffic that the server is experiencing and that is straining the server and causing the slow connection at your end. There is another possibility that your net work at the time was encountering a peak period as well. I would encourage you to monitor the situation and report back to us should you have any more problems. We want you to be happy with our services that we provide you, and as a result, we will be more than happy to look into the reported problems for you.

I apologize for any inconveniences this problem may have caused you.

I hope you have a nice day.

Best regards,
Attitude
