You have to activate the [doHTML] tags:...just go to Admin CP -> Forum Control -> Manage Forums and click on Settings for the forum you want to have your video embedded in and there in the Postable Forum Settings say Yes to the Allow use of the [doHTML] tag? question then click on Edit this forum.button.

Then go to Admin CP -> Users & Groups -> Manage user groups -> click on Edit group by the group you want to allow to embed and in the Posting Permissions section answer the Can use [doHTML] tag? question Yes and click on Complete Edit.

Then copy the embedding code from Youtube (usually it's next to the videos)...and paste it in the post...

Make sure to use the opening [doHTML] tag at the beginning and the closing [/doHTML] tag at the end of your code.
