Default Creating a forum
I have been trying unsuccessfully several times to create an IPB forum. I type in my forum name, etc, click on the link sent to me via e-mail and fill out the required fields there. However, when I click "submit" I am always sent back to step one without explanation, my forum uncreated! What is happening? What can I do to fix it?
