How do i add a download section to my forum? Thanks..

At some forums I see a box section at this page... http://eohclan.10.forumer.com/

There would be an area that had "download" there.

OK ......... the link you've provided is a phpBB forum and this is an IPB section........ sorry I can't help you, maybe some one else can.

If you have a phpBB forum maybe it would be wise to post your question in that section.
