I can't get the sig pics to work
ALSO
How do I get it so users can upload a Personal Photo?

Do you mean you [/b]can't get signatures to work on you're board?

For the personal photo question follow this path:
Admin CP -> Users and Groups -> Manage User Groups
Click Edit Group next to the group you wish to enable Personal Photo for.
Under "Global Settings", find PERSONAL PHOTO: Max upload file size (in K and type in the Max Width and Height (300 x 300 should be fine).
To enable uploading, type in the Max upload file size also (200 KB should be fine).
Click Complete Edit when done.

That takes care of the personal Photo.. but now the sig prob

All it does is post this

For some reason it will not post the image
Can anyone help?

Follow this path:
Admin CP -> System Settings -> User Profiles -> Allow IBF Code in signatures? Set this option to Yes then click on the Submit Changes button.

While looking over your forum I noticed all the posts on your forum were made by you.
No other user had posted yet so that leads me to think that it's a problem with the image host you're using (I believe it was Photobucket). I suggest trying using another host, or deleteing the uploaded file then re-uploading it and trying again, that could possibly fix you're problem.

I changed the host and everything
Still not working.
EDIT:
I tried to post the image inside of a post. It worked. But the same image inside the sig doesn't
this is making me mad

Well, at least for now it is working. If you do have any further problems please let us know. Also, as Kiyobi said, Photobucket may be out right now, because images are not working.
