i have followed Mikes F&Q to the letter but still cannot get it to work so here is a couple of screen shots of my settings.

I hope some one can help.

Under Max. no characters to show per article you have nothing inputed in that box, you must input the number of post messages (so to speak) you wish to display on you're portal page. Also under, Forums to export articles from... you've got numbers set, are you're forums numbers or do they actually have name's, remember that you must use the forum name.

Try fixing those parts up and see what happens.

I thought when setting up IPDynamic Lite that you must use the number at the end of the forum URL. That's what it says in Shane's tutorial as well....

For instance, if my forum was this:

My IPDynamic Settings would look like this:

PS~ Just need to fix the HTML in the Site Nav. And change the Banner.

How do i do that?

I want visitors to see this page only and have to sign up to see the whole forum.

Not possible, unless you set it for the forum so that only members can view it.

They can always go toy uor froum with the URL, but, they wont be able to see it if you have that setting set.

If you set it so guests cant see the forum, I am not sure if they can see the exports on the Portal or not. :unsure:

No, they need to type the entire URL.
