Does anybody know of a way to add text at the top of a specific forum? I mean like there is here,"Absolutely NO advertisements!" etc. I think this is inpossible without FTP access, but does anybody else know of a way?

Admin Cp > Forum Control > Manage Forums > Forum Rules (

)

Fill out the forum rules section however you wish. Make sure you customize it with HTML.

and also set the option to display the rules instead of showing only a Link for it.
