Board Statistic trouble

First of all i like to know how to turn the board statistic ON .
for some strange reason this feature was turned off .. but again not by me! .. i`ve no proof but it looks like that someone is playing with my board settings by constantly turning things on and off

there is another strange thing i discovered the other day

instead of this url

when you click on "who`s online" ,or any other link on my page, you are sometimes linked to this slightly modified url

please note: the space between the = and 007 was added by me in order to post the url here

any ideas what might couse this ??

Im on server 4 but Ive been noticing a few strange things
in my Admin panel. Firstly my member count went down from 860 to
730 today. At first i thought i was hacked, but when i went into my AdminCP
I noticed someone deleted all my banned members. Im the only Admin
so if i were to get hacked i doubt the hacker would delete 130 banned members

Also today I noticed someone switched my registration prompt so that
new members need to get Admin approval before registering. I had this turned off. Again i doubt a hacker would do this..

Was wondering if anyone else is having Admin Cp issues.
Ive noticed there was a fixed bug with the Admin Cp on another server not long ago.

The acps are a bit jumpy after the server upgrade. As for the numbers after the who's online, they are just session markers and appear on lots of things. They are perfectly normal

Also the date is incorrect or is not showing properly . Instead of getting month, day and year the dates are being truncated to show:

15, 2007 01:51 am

Having "Use relative date" in Cp on or off still doesn't allow the month to be shown which leaves one not knowing how recent the post is. It has been showing:

April 15, 2007 01:51 am

but now the month is missing.

Happens on main page and inside forums.

No problem yesterday but now one is left guessing which month of the year the post was made. Problem seems to be throughout board. On main screen stats you get :

Most users ever online was 41 on *** 17, 2007 04:28 am ***<--no month being displayed

here`s a list of things that has been changed in my forum over the last month

1. guest can`t post anymore (solved by edwin)
2. board statistic turned OFF
3. the FLASH tag don`t work anymore (last time it did work was the 17.04.2007)
for now this is all ... not sure

there is nothing strangely looking in the administration logs

Is the "flash tag" part of the IFX mod from FMODs?

no, it`s the normal [flash=high,wide] command that doesnt work anymore
