how do i increase my rep level (iam admin)

it is very sad that a admin doesnt have full/high rep level(RATING)

ACP --> Find/edit/suspend user --> <find your username> --> edit user title to whatever you like

Ah, yes. You will have a field with "user group", which is your group (which should say admin), and one that says "user title". That's the bit you need to change. Mine says "The Boss"
