I do not see any of the things you guys say I should see in the admin CP...

This is what I see:

Where are the buttons everyone is talking about, like, for example, the ones they mention of the sub-forum FAQ

It is simply because you have phpBB.. and we are talking about the IPB thing here.

I suggest you to go to phpBB Support Section for more accurate answers to your queries
