i found a skin now how do i get it on my site?

Forumer does not support skins that need to be downloaded or uploaded. We simply support some "CSS" skins, which can be found at http://fmods.com or http://puddlesskinning.org. Of course, you've also got a selection of nearly 50 skins in your AdminCP under "Select a Skin".
