Well kinda...

Members of my forum have reported sending new PMs or replying to existing ones is taking longer than it should.

We're receiving timed out messages or it takes so long and doesn't seem to be doing anything that the user clicks to go to another part of the forum or hits the back button.

check the settings in admincp. I think it is under configuration settings. If the PM box is disabled enable it.

Cheers Goaldrush, it is on - I've managed to send PMs by retrying and retrying (hitting refresh).

Well Your Forum is Quite Filled Up So maybe its just because the Server is busy.
