One of my friends was trying to register and it said he didn't have permission, so i made him an account and it wouldn't let him log in. So i logged out and tried to register and it all worked fine. so i came to the conclusion that his ip must be banned. So i checked my ban setting's and he isn't banned, so i gave him a IP mask to use and he could log in and it worked fine. so forumer you must have his IP banned for some reason, i need it unbanned so he can use my forum's. If a admin would like to pm me i'll give you his IP address so you can check or something, thanks.
