Default A Question About FAP

I tried to register a FAP account to be able to restore my forum if it got hacked, I'm the owner of the forum, but the problem it gives me that I'm not the owner, I get this after logging in my FAP account:

I clicked on Register as OWNER link available on that page, then I filled all the fields with the requested information, but I got a message says that the account already exist:

What I'm doing wrong?

Thanks in advance...

You probably changed your username inside your AdminCP.

If so, Change it back to original name during your forum registration then try to log-in again.

hope this helps

It is for back up just in case you get hacked. You can restore your forum, especially if there are a lot of members on your forum. If you don't have a FAP account you would be better off having one so that you don't get hacked. Otherwise you would be better off contacting one of the mods here to ask for a new password.
