Your board seems no problem with creating new Topic. I've tried it inside your forum and it was successfully created.

I went on ur board on IE today and couldn't edit my posts, couldn't quote anyone, and couldn't reply except for using the quick reply box. Each time it came up as an error, something about not being able to connect to the server. I couldn't even back button, I had to drop the back button menu and go to a random page I'd already been to on ur board. Something is definately wrong
