Well mormally you would have to go to best buy if ur in the us or future shop in canada. then but the full disc.

there are many kinds of photoshops the 2 best are:

Jasc Paintshop pro. (i have the latest)
and
Adobe Photoshop pro (i have that one 2)

i would say jasc is better and has more koll things you can do.
none of them are free but they have free trials

Adobe photo shop cs is the newest one which i have and it costs around 630$
