Admin CP -> Users and Groups -> Bulk email members

Thx Brain for solved my prob ,
i have a another problem. on every post a button apear of edit. i want this only alow to post owner. not everyone.

Re: edit button:
this is because you are administrator. normal members only have the ability to edit their own posts if you allow this (Manage User Groups -> Allow to edit own posts), you as administrator can edit everybody's post.

(this is unrelated to the first post though, you should start a new topic if you haev a new problem

)
