how do i add the forum on my site like so there will be a navigationg bar and that stuff and in the middle there will be my forum... :wacko:

If you want it to be integrated in your website, I suggest you use frames, so that people browsing your site can visit the forums, without actually leaving the site.
Or you could use a pop-upwindow (but I don't recommend it.)
