I always get the message

Network Error (tcp_error)

A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"

for a week..

What's happen? I checked server status already but it always green.

And I want to back up my forum. What should I do?

Sorry I don't want to bump a topic but noone reply me.

I'm waiting for a while but it's still no reply.
What's happen?

I try to access other forums that in server 15
But cannot access too.

If the server is busy why its status shows green not red.
Please please reply.

Your forum looks fine to me, have you tried clearing your cache?
