I have quite a few members who are unable to log in. I have given them the link to where they delete their history, etc. but they have been unsuccessful in logging on after doing what was instructed.

I am concerned as some of the members are becoming extremely upset as they can't log on. I would appreciate any information I can share with them.

Thank you,

Are they getting any error messages or anything? What exactly happens when they try to log in?

There are 2 ways to solve the problem:

1. Use the delete all cookies set by this board link you see at the bottom of the main screen, close your webbrowser and restart the webbrowser

more drastic:
2. delete cookies/temps/history in internet
explorer under internet options in control panel..reboot
computer...should fix
