For the future: there's a search button here.

Languages can be changed if you manually edit your html templates, by replacing any {ibf.lang.whatever} code with the text in your preferred language.

Banners have to be uploaded to an image host that alllows direct linking, then put in your Board Header template. How to do this is explained several places in the FAQ, e.g. in the very first topic there.
