This issue has been constantly re-appearing and constantly ignored by the crew of this SUPPORT forum. Server is on and off, on and off.

The server isn't doing well. It's slow most of the time and offline for long periods. Then goes back to normal for an hour then back to agony.

I measured server speed using vertain.com's services.

Here's the results:

(as you can see it's so slow that it timeouts)

And here's a comparison to server 15 which is doing okay.



I'm begging you for your attention, and please, don't keep telling us it's our internet. It's not.
