I don't understand, where can i edit bulk email settings, i searched all over control panel, but didn't find, and it's not very good if i need to mail each member seperately!

Due to abuse the bulk mail feature for phpBB servers have been disabled.

I an using ipb and i don't understand why YOU moved this thread, coz my ipb allows me to send one bulk mail a week!

Ok. In the future, you must always provide a link to your forum when requesting for support. This cuts back on confusions like this.

The Bulk E-mail setting is in the Users and Groups category. Click on "Bulk E-mail members"

Yea, and i used it, but it allows me to send only one a week.
and my forum preffix is 3.

Yes, that is the limit. The mass e-mail has been scaled down because of abuse. On phpBB, it's disabled all together.

And i have one other question also, how can i make forum name bold? atm i have this code , but i want also it to be bold, i tryed this one but it didn't work.

If you ask why i need control my bulk e-mail, it's coz i have dev team, and i will go crazy e-mailing each member seperate XD
