Everyday when I check my forum and want to post new topics, I notice that the clickable smilies have changed their looking??? :blink: Sometime they even changed to something else different!?

but I haven't change the smilies setting since last week, and I check it the file name of that smilie haven't change. I only use the smilies in the collection and haven't upload any. So WHY!?!?!? :wacko:

about the smillies
i`ve the same problem
my guess is that the reason for this is that all forumer forums use the same smillies set so when ever one user change a smillie it will change for all users

limez you should write protect at least the default smillies

I don't think its right that you can change the smilies, the ppl who have these forums, registered to get there own forum n to be able to advance them in their own way, not to have other's playin around with them, its not fair on the ppl that register for them.

on the other hand it saves resurces .. and it saves you also some time .. you don`t have to upload all those smilies by yourself .. look at your smillie folder there`re allready thousands of smillies and you can use them all !!

only the default smillies should have been protected
or better !!
once uploaded the smillies can`t be changed by users anymore ... somthing like that :blink:

True but what if the admin of that site doesnt want them changed? They then have to find the original n re-load that,

Int there some way that ppl can prevent the owner of forumer changin them, cos on the site im a moderator on :P << that changed then anuva one n it gets bit annoying after a while comin on n findin new ones that we dont lyk,

i know what your gettin at though even if i do just ramble on, please excuse me :P

This is getting ridiculous. I logged into my board today and 5 of my smilies were different.

Grrrrrrrr........this is getting annoying, still got smilies changing everyday.

Limez, hope you can change something like ppl can't upload smilies with file names already exist in the data base. So ppl can upload files but not overwrite it. :unsure:

I'm sure everybody will be so happy if you could fix it.
