Hello!!!

Can you please help us!
We have a problem with JUMP TO PAGE function in our forum.It doesn't work at the moment.The button "Pages" is active but when you push it it doesn't work at all.
Would you explain how to sort the problem!

Can somebody tell where the settings for the "Jump to page" function in the admin control panel are?

Please, if somebody can just tell where that settings usually are,we'll be able to sort the problem.

If you mean the Forum Jump at the bottom, it isn't controlled by the Admin CP, it is automated by the forums you setup. I checked your forum, and it seems to be working fine.

Hi,

Your jump button is working fine, try clearing your cache, temporary internet files and (if problems persist) contact your browsers support team

Thanks for your answer but I don't mean that.I mean the Jump to page function which allows to go to any page in the topic.

I visit your board yust now and all work fine. As Edwin sed, your browser mainly do trouble. Clear cookies, temporary files and, at least, reinstall browser (or use other one).

I'm not sure which button you have tried but the button we have problem with is still not working.

If I want to see what is there on page 1000 I can't do it because the button "Pages" doesn't work.
All the forumers have the same problem, it's not me only.

Please excuse me, but do you think there is any chance all the members in our forum to have the same problem?
I don't think so.
Please check the link I gave in my previous post.If you are able to jump from page 1 to page 1000(for example) I will agree that the problem is with the members,not the forum .
