I have removed the Test forum that was showing by creating a new forum called Computer-Related Discussions on my forum page at http://pcbb.3.forumer.com/.

The Test forum has disappeared, but the new forum I created has not appeared.

What have I done wrong, or not done?

Thank you for any help.

Regards,

Eric

Usually the cause for this is simple. Double check your permission settings you may not have any checked. To get there go to manage forums-then click on permissions(of the forum you want to see) then make sure the correct checkes are in place. This is all done from the admin CP. If you still have a problem just PM me and i can walk you through it if nessasary.

Actually, I think that's a bug, because it's happened to me on multiple occassions. Try creating the forum again, and it should show up.

Also, be careful when you create the forum again, because mine has another bug: when you use the drop down menu for "Create under which parent?", there are about 20 of the same categories and forums, making for a very LONG list...even though I only have 15 categories.

The Ghostslayer Forums are up and running! Register and check them out!

USE THE SEARCH FEATURE BEFORE POSTING ON FORUMER'S SUPPORT BOARDS. ANSWERING THE SAME QUESTION HUNDREDS OF TIMES IS QUITE ANNOYING. I get annoyed just seeing that the Mods here have to deal with it.

If you did set your permissions correctly, and this is still happening please let us know. We will investigate more into it then.

We now have phpBB modifications available.

Thanks for the help.

It was the permissions.

I just placed check marks in all of the boxes and the Forum appeared.
