Where do we put in the proper meta tag

I entered the my site here in this program (at the bottom of the page and these were the results. The meta tag is not working for my site

im not sure it is possible mate, try putting it in the INDEX section of the HTML emelements

I tried putting in several places, doesn't work.

Wher is the

<HEAD>

</HEAD>

section?

Admin CP>Style sheets>CSS

it should be somewhere near the top of the CSS.

Also, there might be a problem with the META code your using.
Here is one you may feel free to use, just to be safe (change everything in red):

For some reason the full meta tag doesn't get put in here (go to the very bottom of this screen)
