Pretty sad. We had that forum for 3 1/2 years. 250 members, 160,000 posts. We've had so many problems, many days where the forum wouldn't load, but we stuck with forumer.

Now our forum is broken and the staff here really don't seem to give a crap. That makes me really angry and sad at the same time.

Time to find a new host. Unfortunately, we won;t get any of our history back.

Greetings, on my forum whtractor.15.forumer.com we are getting occasional SQL messages such as "Lost connection to MySQL server during query" as well as general overall response times to changing screens. Although I haven't determined the exact times, it appears to occur between 10:00am and noon Eastern time.

Some of the users have also reported getting SQL too many connections. If this is a usual time period for backups or other system maintenance, I can put in a message to my users informing them of the action. If not, is there any addditional information I can get to help you determine the slowness during this time period?

Hi,

My forum fanficga.1.forumer.com is now getting this message 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)'. Really, i am quite tolerant of forumer mishaps. However, in the span of two weeks we have gone from being offline for an unknown reason, to getting SQL 'can't open file' errors to this new SQL error. Please, can you fix it ASAP, because with a site of 2000+ members i'm not sure how patient they can all be after the problems of the past 2 weeks.

That stat is waaayyy off the line. I have not heard a lot about server 2 being down this year. Limez has been notified.
