Hello once again forumers.

Just a quick question;

Is it possible for me to change the 'pips' (rank status icons) in my forum to something else? i.e; another icon?

yeh mate go to your Admin CP then go to Images Only section and browse the one that has the image of the pip. Then change info after the src=
add the website link, make sure to remove the ' ' and have a line seperating the link with below, which is the border

So itll look like this:

border='0' alt='Forum Rules' />

What if I want to change them. It says the following--"If you wish to use a custom image, simply enter the image name in the pips box. Note, these custom images must reside in the 'html/team_icons' directory of your installation"

Where would I find the html/team_icons at I signed up via the web and did not download anything.

I have the same problem... I changed the pip entry to my website addy... and when I change my rank image, i get the red x in a box... plz help...

@SFRusso: Rank images dont work properly because forumer has disabled and mucked with the ACP and other stuff, or in other words its a modded piece of IPB. There is a mod at Fmods that allows you to have both group icons and the pips. The mod is here.

@Majed: The image is called "Rating Image". So if you wanted to change the pip, you would go to: Administration Control Panel > Skins and Templates > Images Only > Look for Rating Image on the left > Change the url to a new image between the <img src="URL" /> tag.
