I upgraded a member from member to moderator a while back. Today when I wanted to degrade that member from moderator to member my ACP verified that it was done, however when I go back to view the forum, the member still is a moderator, but when I go to his profile, it says member. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug/glitch?

This is not a bug.

ACP -> Moderators

Remove that user from all forums.
