Exclamation Forum not loading
this isnt my forum, but the forum wont load it keeps trying over and over again doing nothing. http://numaforums.18.forumer.com/index.php?act=home.
i can get to the admin cp log in, but i cant log in as im not an admin. is there a problem with the forum or sever, it has been like this for a few days now.
