Lost connection to MySQL server during query

Too many connections

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (61)

God know what these mean, hopefully you can sort it out, I got the first two when trying to edit my members, and the third one was obtained by one of my members accessing the board.
