How i can add language ( polish ) ??

( my writing in english language is weak, but i good understand, what did you writed )

It isn't possible to change/upload language packs, but you can change most of the texts via the HTML Templates. There is a small guide to this available over at Fmods that tells you how to replace some of the texts written by myself. It can be found here:

To nie jest możliwy zmieniają /załadunek języka paczek, ale wy może zmienna większa część tekstów przez HTML Szablony. Tu jest małym przewodnikiem do tego dostępnego nad przy Fmods który mówi wam jak zastępować pewną ilość tekstów napisał przez siebie . To może być znajdowane tutaj:

I believe that once forumer provides more language packages，there will be more IPB/PHPBB-forumer owners
