How do I make that people need to be signed in to post

Come on I need help what setting do I put so when people try to post the will need to be logged on to post (no guest posting) !>!>!?!?!?!?!

just change the perrmission so that members and and admins an reply and post and add new topics

Admin CP -> System Settings -> Security & Privacy -> Force guests to log in before allowing access to the board? : Set to "yes"
