I heard that i could make a backup or something, I am not sure what that person was talking about but I think it was about a backup of my forum or something, does anyone know how to do this or if it is possible.

Also, is it possible for me to move my forum to a different host with out losing anything from my current forum.

you can't make a back up of your board,you can do a general configuration back up in the admin/cp via the left hand colum but that is all.
