I am trying to get onto my Forum which is CHAMPMAN.FORUM.COM but all it says is TO MANY CONNECTIONS does anyone know what is wrong

This is an error that is going round, please post it in THIS topic.

This issue should hopefully be resolved soos, but untill then you and everybody else having these errors will just have to wait and be patient.
