I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say. To access your "portal", you would need to first enable ipdynamic lite in your Admin CP.

Then, you could go to: http://rosg.2.forumer.com/index.php?act=home

You also mentioned music. If you want to add music to your forum, you would need to read and follow the directions at THIS FAQ thread.

If you need any more assistance, please let us know.

Please read the info at the following FAQ thread. It should tell you everything you need to do to do this.
http://support.forumer.com/index.php?showtopic=3604

*Edit* If I'm not mistaken, I think you can add that code above anywhere in the HTML and it will still work. I'm not 100% positive on that though. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hmm...my prediction is that we can't put music in Forumer.com forums, because when you click on a link, the whole page is refreshed, and so does the music that is playing. So I'm not sure if we can do it, if anyone know, please tell me (or us).

Well you can... I think

But as you said, with each click, it refreshes the midi file that is playing as well so its sometimes a better thing to keep off the site, unless its a really short midi file.

Just my opinion tho.
