You won't see a link to a portal at the top of your forum unless you put it there. I'm going to tell you the easiest way to do this.

Go to:

Admin CP > System Settings > General Configuration > under "Website Name", type "Portal" in the box. > Now, under "Website Address", you need to type the address to your portal (http://linedancer8.2.forumer.com/index.php?act=home). > Scroll to the bottom of the screen and hit "Submit Changes".
