Patience starts to wear thin monky91 when we are given no feedback to complaints.
After all we're on a "paid" sevice and as such should be on a more stable server which is efficiently maintained.

Quality of support has always been an issue on here, I'm not talking about the guys who try to help out with advice as they have no access to the "root" on the servers.

Everyone on server 15 has to automatically have it....its part of the contract...

The support is crap...the downtime..is crap..time and time again...we are here..do you think we dont have better things to do?

Come on guys, downtime happens. Server 15 has it more than usual lately, limez does know and he is working hard on it. Please do remain patient as patience is everything with these kind of issues

Patience is not everything, an apology might go some way towards easing things.

The other issue is the FTP access, it is never there when the server is restored, why not?
I takes days to get FTP restored everytime this server goes down which is almost routine now.
