No, when i make my forum and apply to users to view my forum the board say that u can't view the link before 1 month and say read the rule. So why board is say like this.

That would be because:

ACP -> Security & Privacy -> Force guests to log in before allowing access to the board?

Is set to "Yes". Change it to "No", they users would be able to see the board without being forced to login.

It is really hard to try and provide support if you don't put as much information as possible. I am still a bit clueless to what you are after. Can you please provide a screenshot of your issue? That would be great.

Aha, you want to know which date you can make a new topic in the Show Off section after it got locked?

Look at the last post in that topic, check at the top-left corner where you see something like this:

After a period of Thirty (30) days, you can make a new topic

one more question, so i promote the link to user so he register my forum and one more my email address is jack_smith@sify.com it is written in a forum when i make i want to change my email address to other email address at gmail. how i do this. Thanks for the reply the service is very very fast. thanks again

To change your member email adress:

My Controls -> Options -> Change Email Address

Enter your new email, verify it and write your password and click "Change my Email address". A verification will be send to your email address. Click on the verification link there and you are done.
